Hola, Im from Denmark but I live here and work as a chef in my restaurant here in Spain. You will have to excuse me but I dont feel confident to write in Spanish yet. I hope some of you can understand me anyway.
I usually uses the Australian forum but i kind of wanted to learn some Spanish cuisine.
Looking forward to read your recipes and maybe i can add some new ideas from Scandinavian cuisine.
